Medical forms are required for everyone (scouts, parents, siblings, cousins, Aunts and Uncles, friends, friends of friends, third cousins twice removed, everyone...) who is attending the camp out. Please click here for the latest form.
Campout Packing List
PLEASE save this list for future campouts.
PACK 728 will provide all cooking gear
Meals are provided by the pack - Please let us know if there are dietary restrictions
Saturday lunch and dinner (for all)
Sunday breakfast (for Saturday night campers)
PACK 728 will provide coolers full of water for filling up canteens/thermos bottles.
Pack will NOT provide plastic or paper items as we have moved away from excess trash
The Essential Six – 6 Items every Cub Scout should carry on hikes or campouts.
Small First-aid kit: adhesive bandages, moleskin, gauze, antibiotic ointment, etc.
Water bottle/canteen: filled and large enough to last until it can be filled again
Flashlight: and don’t forget extra batteries
Trail food a few snacks the Scout can eat on the go
Sunscreen of SPF 30 or greater and a hat
Whistle: for emergency use only
